D Taylor & J Ringo - LibertyCon 07

Ron Butler took this photo of John Ringo (author of, among many other things, "A Ship Named Francis") and me (the guilty party who adapted said story for audio theater and performed the part of the ship's insecure Chaplain) after the show Saturday night.

I still think this photo looks like we're both wondering if he's going to punch me in the face, so you'll just have to take my word for it that he was telling me he'd enjoyed the show.

"Tester, spare us this day from your tests..."

Oh, stop it! Mr. Ringo was so pleased with your adaptation that he promised ARTC the rights to produce a recording of it (as opposed to simply live-performance rights) on the spot.

And your performance as The Chaplain was so well-received that members of the audience were yelling 'Amen!' at the end of Morning Prayers.

(The world should know. Or at least that portion of the world that reads this blog.)
